Organic Rice Syrup Solids

Matco's Organic Rice Syrup Solids are certified Organic Rice Syrup in spray-dried powder form. They are gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan and hypoallergenic, and carry the same mild, malty sweetness and binding behaviour as the liquid syrup in a free-flowing dry format.

Dry organic formulations cannot easily take a viscous syrup: it complicates dosing, upsets powder flow and shortens shelf life. Syrup solids solve that. They dissolve back readily in water, sweeten gently, add body and bulk, and keep dry blends flowing cleanly, with the declaration staying simple: Organic Rice Syrup Solids.

Certified Organic Rice Syrup that has been spray-dried into a fine, free-flowing powder. The sugar profile and sweetness stay essentially the same as the liquid syrup; only the format changes, which makes it usable in dry formulations where a syrup cannot go.
